We develop broad-based strategy for evaluating foreign sourcing opportunities using our Better than Direct approach. MWI transitions manufacturing organizations to become value-added distributors or final assemblers with US-based sales and marketing, design and engineering, assembly, logistics and distribution, but with Asian-sourced procurement of products or labor-intensive assembly.

A unique service we offer is our Virtual Agent Program (VAP) where we provide you an outsourced solution to your China or Southeast Asian procurement and logistics management by actually functioning as you purchasing agent using our deep experience in areas in which there is a steep learning curve . We essentially provide you with a turnkey procurement arm for a negotiated periodic fee.
 We also can set up on “private label” basis an Asian International Procurement Office (IPO) to source components or assemblies or other of our core product offerings in-country with your identity. We can staff in-country for you, or assist in locating where there is the least impact to operations or financial requirements. In effect, like the VAP, we become an extension of your company providing all the elements of the Program, but with an in-country/region presence.
